The data controller for information collected on this website is RENTY LIB, a SASU operating the Wonderroomz brand (SIREN 913 872 297).

When you contact us or make a booking, we may collect your identity, contact details, booked dates and accommodation, number of guests, selected options, correspondence, and payment and booking references. Card-payment data is processed by Stripe; RENTY LIB does not access it.

We also collect technical data strictly necessary for the security and operation of the website, including security logs and technical cookies.

Data is processed to respond to requests, perform the booking and contract, take payment, manage the stay and customer service, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Depending on the purpose, processing is based on performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interest in securing the service and managing our customer relationship. Consent is obtained where required by law.

Authorised RENTY LIB staff and its technical providers receive only the data necessary for their work: Cloudflare for hosting, Stripe for payment, Smoobu for booking management, Gmail/Google for communications, Google Analytics for audience measurement if you accept it and, when an electronic guarantee is offered, Swikly.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is governed by a mechanism provided for under applicable data-protection law.

Data needed to manage a booking is kept for the contractual relationship and then archived for the applicable legal periods, including accounting periods. Marketing data is kept for no more than three years after the end of the commercial relationship or the last contact.

Data is deleted or anonymised at the end of the applicable periods, unless it must be retained for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Under GDPR and French data-protection law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, subject to the conditions set out in those laws.

The website uses strictly necessary cookies, including those for the administration session, security and language preference. They do not require consent.

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure site traffic (pages viewed, where visits come from, bookings and contact requests). Until you click “Accept”, no Google Analytics script is loaded and no measurement cookie is set.

Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are kept for 13 months at most. Your choice is stored for 6 months in your browser, then asked again. You can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page; declining deletes the measurement cookies.

No advertising service is used on the website.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, destruction, alteration or unauthorised disclosure.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare and available over HTTPS.
