Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Wonderroomz / Rentylib and any person wishing to book accommodation.
Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Booking
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment or a deposit agreed between the parties.
Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to a third party without prior agreement. The guest agrees to provide accurate information.
3. Rates and payment
Rates are shown in euros including tax. They include use of the accommodation for the booked period and the amenities listed in its description.
Payment is made according to the terms agreed at the time of booking. Stay packages are billed separately.
4. Cancellation and refund
Cancellation more than 5 days before arrival: full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation between 2 and 5 days before arrival: the first night is retained. Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival: no refund.
In proven force majeure cases, each situation is reviewed individually. Contact: rentylib@gmail.com.
5. Guest obligations
The guest agrees to use the accommodation in accordance with the house rules shared before arrival.
Events, parties and gatherings are prohibited without prior approval. The stated maximum capacity must be respected.
Any damage caused to the accommodation or its equipment may be charged to the guest.
6. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 11:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Access is self-service through a code box shared before arrival. Early check-in and late check-out may be offered depending on availability.
7. Liability
Wonderroomz / Rentylib accepts no liability for theft, loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings during the stay.
Guests are advised to take out suitable travel or cancellation insurance.
8. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the guest should first contact Wonderroomz at rentylib@gmail.com.
Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Île-de-France under French law.
